SMOINT was approached to consult on a total business solution for a new Online Language College. The new business required a brand, a web presence and a strategic plan to secure a steady flow of leads for conversion.


After a mere 45 days we had developed two websites (1 lead generation and 1 combined corporate and e-commerce), 5 Facebook applications, an integrated call center with lead management, sales and CRM system. We were also tasked to recruit for the call center, manage the sales, customer service and implement monetization strategies.
